Whatever your goals may be, you’ll receive total accountability and personalized coaching to successfully transform your mind, body, and spirit.



Initial Consultation+ 3-months Foundation Nutrition Health Coaching

Foundation Nutrition Coaching OverviewWhen you begin your custom 3-month coaching program (12-weeks), you will receive the ultimate level of accountability and guidance as your coach assess your current eating and health habits to to tailor a plan just for you. Includes initial consultation with dietary intake and health history review and 1 hour initial consultation tailored to answer your questions plus individualized action plan to help you meet your goals and 3 months of follow-up support. This includes:

  • Initial consultation.

During this first 45-min session, we will assess your lifestyle, eating habits, discuss your goals and create your road map for reaching them effectively. This is done via phone or in-person.

  • Personalized guidance.

After your first coaching session, your coach will provide feedback based on your initial assessment and 3-day food log review via MFP*. Compliance is the key to lasting success.

  • Professional feedback and total accountability.

Unlimited access to your coach by email to discuss progress on your plan and cover other lifestyle topics including: how to better understand nutrition labels, count macros, fine-tune food timing, eat to perform, hydration, sleep, manage food cravings, stress, etc.

  • Ongoing support. 

Twelve weekly 15-minute phone check-ins and ongoing accountability support. This includes “homework” assignments geared toward teaching you how to eat and live to achieve your goals, discussing next steps, overcoming obstacles, and much more.

3-Month Maintenance Foundation Nutrition Health Coaching

Only available after initial consultation. Includes twelve weekly accountability sessions to answer questions, fine tune goals/plans and check-in on progress.

  • Initial Consultation

During your initial maintenance consultation, we’ll address your goals moving forward. What worked over the past 3 months, what didn’t…where do you want to go from here?

  • Assessment and Plan Adjustments

Based on an assessment of your current habits and goals, you will receive a customized action plan for continued growth to help you reach those goals faster. That can include macro-nutrients, micro-nutrients, portion control, fine tuning lifestyle habits, etc. Your progress will be assessed monthly and adjusted as needed.

  • Food Log Reviews

Your coach will review your food log via MFP weekly and provide professional feedback and total accountability.

  • Check-ins

Each week, you will check-in with your coach via email or text on a set day to ensure that you stay on the right track. We will use this time to ask/answer questions, provide insight on weekly progress reports, review goals and adjust plan.

“OVERHAUL” Initial Consultation

  • Overwhelmed? Have lots of questions? Special concerns? This package includes dietary intake and health history review, 1 hour consultation tailored to answer your questions, individualized action plan to help you meet your goals and 1 week of follow-up email/text support. ($150)

“RESET” Month-to-Month Maintenance Foundation Nutrition Health Coaching

  • Only available after initial consultation. Includes four 20-minute weekly sessions to answer questions, fine tune goals/plans and check-in on progress. In between check-ins you will be held accountable to your goals. ($125/month or save $50 by purchasing the 3-month maintenance program at $325).

Body composition and body fat measurements to evaluate progress. ($25)

Food Analysis

  • No time to record your food in My Fitness Pal? Your coach can do this for you at an additional price that includes: 3-day diet record analysis, detailed report explaining results, breakdown of calories, protein, carbohydrate and fat, micro-nutrient review, review areas of strength and areas of improvement in current diet. ($99)

Personalized Fitness Planning

  • Need some structure for your workouts? Your coach will create a personalized fitness plan (3 workouts/week) that compliments your nutrition needs. ($99/month)
