The focus of this specialty gymnastics program will be on development of

  • strength,
  • skill,
  • coordination,
  • mobility and
  • efficiency

on the pull up bar for

  • pull ups,
  • chest to bar pull ups,
  • toes to bar and
  • bar muscle up.

6-Week Specialty Gymnastics Program: Pull Up Bar Progressions

You get an hour, 2 times a week, for 6 weeks mastering all the reps, drills, skills and pull up bar progressions. With his intensive coaching and structured, consistent program, you’ll come out looking like a gymnast!

Work on Bar Movements through the CrossFit Open

*Bonus! Coach Steve will work with you and tackle bar related movements as they are released in the OPEN workout announcements.

When Does it Start?

The 6-week program starts Monday, February 5th at 7:30pm.

It runs every Monday at 7:30pm and Thursday at 8pm.

You will also receive specific individualized homework to do during Basic Training.

Who is this program for?

This program is open to CrossFit Salus members and non-members of all levels. But space is limited.

How much does it cost?

At only $15 an hour, you can’t beat it! $180 for the 6 weeks.

How do I sign up?

Register online by Saturday, February 3rd.

What if those times don’t work for me?

**A few people have expressed some interest but can not make evenings work, therefore Coach Steven has some other options:

1- if we can get at least 7 people for a morning session he can run the same 6 week bar programming in the mornings (spread the word and connect with him at gymnastics@crossfitsalus.com if you’re interested.
2- if we can’t do either, and you still want to work on these movements he is available for 1 on 1 or tandem coaching sessions
