All new members start with on-ramp.

Private on-ramp classes will prepare you for the group CrossFit classes and teach you how to move correctly to prevent injuries.

The emphasis of our on ramp program is:

skill development and exposure to basic movements.

It is specifically designed to prepare you to enter our ongoing group CrossFit classes. We will zero in on technique—both to ensure your safety—and success for the next level.


You will learn technique and mechanics first, then intensity.

You will learn all basic movements (such as the pushup and squat) to the more technical (such as the deadlift and snatch).

The difficulty of your workout is ultimately in your hands…the degree that you push yourself is individualized.

Shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We highly encourage you to take “before” pictures at the beginning of your journey.
