Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

All 5:45am & 6am class reservations must be made before 9pm the night before.

Monday

CrossFit: 5:45am, 9:30am, 6pm, 7pm

Endurance: 10:30am

*Competition Training: 11:30-1pm

*Weightlifting: 5pm

Tuesday

CrossFit: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm

*Weightlifting: 10:30am

*Competition Training: 11:30-1pm

Teens: 4:30pm

Endurance: 6:30pm

Wednesday

CrossFit: 5:45am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 6pm,

*Competition Training: 11:30-1pm

CrossFit Kids: 4:30-5:15pm

Endurance: 7pm

Thursday

CrossFit: 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

*Weightlifting: 10:30am

*Competition Training: 11:30-1pm

Teens: 4:30pm

Friday

CrossFit: 5:45am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 6pm

*Competition Training: 11:30-1pm

*Weightlifting: 5pm

Saturday

CrossFit: 7:30am, 9am

CrossFit Kids: 10:15-11am

CrossFit PreKids: 11:15-12pm

Sunday

Basic Training: 9am
