Starting Sunday, April 2 we are removing TripleX Weightlifting from the Sunday morning schedule. We will provide a block of time from 9-10:30 for all members to use as an open gym format (what we call “Basic Training” on the schedule) in which Cheryl Podmajersky will coach.
